Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Frontline Public School mobile application, website and related digital services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you are a student, you should use the Services with the knowledge and permission of your parent, guardian or the School.

1. School Services

The Services may provide school information, admission enquiries, notices, student and parent services, academic or attendance information, fee information, receipts and support features. A feature may be changed, suspended or unavailable when maintenance, verification, a third-party service or other operational issue requires it.

2. Accounts and Accurate Information

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details, registered mobile number and device secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and should promptly notify the School if you believe an account or device has been misused. The School may ask for additional verification before disclosing student or fee information.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with their operation, upload harmful code, impersonate another person, submit false information or use school information for an unauthorised purpose. The School may restrict access where misuse, security risk or a breach of these terms is suspected.

4. School Content and Intellectual Property

School names, logos, notices, text, images, documents, software and other content made available through the Services belong to the School or its licensors. You may view and use that content for personal, student, parent or school-related purposes. You may not copy, modify, publish, sell, reverse engineer or redistribute it without written permission, except where applicable law permits.

5. Student and School Records

Information shown through the Services is provided for school administration and communication. If you identify an error, contact the School. Official school records, fee rules, admission documents and written communications issued by the School will govern where there is a difference between a digital display and an official record.

6. Fees and Online Payments

Where an online payment option is enabled, the amount, transaction status and receipt are subject to verification by the School and the applicable payment provider. The Pay Fee page currently indicates when online gateway setup is unavailable. Do not share card details, PINs, CVVs or one-time passwords with the School or any other person. Refund and failed-transaction handling is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may depend on hosting, messaging, authentication, payment, app-store or other third-party services. Their availability and terms may be outside the School's control. You agree to follow the applicable third-party terms when using those services.

8. Privacy

Information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You should read that policy before using the Services or submitting personal information.

9. Availability and Disclaimer

We aim to keep the Services accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, network problems, security events, incorrect information or third-party outages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes and Termination

We may update these terms, add or remove features, or suspend access where reasonably necessary. Continued use after an update means that you accept the revised terms. Access may be ended or restricted if required for security, legal, operational or disciplinary reasons.

These terms are intended to be read with the School's admission documents, fee rules and other written policies. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts and authorities having jurisdiction over the School in Bihar, India.
